What purpose is the location data used for? I ask because I have just discovered the time is wrong in my RX100M6 so I presume the camera does not know we changed the clocks last weekend. The camera knows I live in the London time zone, therefore knows our clocks changed on the last Sunday of October, knows its October where live, so why can't it change the time when we enter and leave summertime (daylight saving time etc) ???
