i bought a new sony cybershot camera, and registered it, dowmloaded the playmemories app to upload images.
I can apparently download apps from Sony to give the camera special settings such as ND filter etc.
When i try to acces this, it takes me to a separate sony page for playstation and aks me to sign in.
Having tried several times it prompted me to chnage my password. Having changed the password and trying to log in it keeps coming up error and not letting me log on despite succesfully changing password.
I called cutomer services and spoke to an irish guy i think was Michael who told me he woulkd do a master reset and send me an email to send me a password reset.
Im still waiting and despite spending over £600 on a camera cannot access these maps.
