Hi @Wightraven, welcome to the Community.
All Cybershot cameras come with a micro-USB cable; if you bought yours new, you should get back to the store and ask for one.
They're pretty cheap and widely available, and you don't need an official Sony one, although you can get a Sony version if you prefer.
