Hiya I have a dsc-w800 it wont turn on I've tried a new battery and used contact cleaner on it but still wont turn on any help would be appreciated cheers
did you check that the battery was entered the right way round? With the used type of battery, it is possible to input them so that the contacts are on the wrong side.
