- This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, France, Germany or Spain only ("Eligible Countries"), and entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion.
- Employees of Sony Corporation, its subsidiaries or affiliates are not allowed to enter this Promotion. Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The Promotion is open for entries between 12:00 on 25 07 2016 and 24:00 on 08 08 2016.
- You can enter this Promotion in the following way: answering all the questions at https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/blog-news-from-sony/win-the-new-sony-mdr-xb650bt/ba-p/2204753, and completing all required personal information fields.
- By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sony Europe Privacy Policy at https://www.sony.co.uk/eu/pages/privacy/en_GB/privacy_overview.html and that your personal information (such as your name, address and e-mail address) will be treated according to that policy. However for the avoidance of doubt, Promoter will use your personal information solely in connection with this Promotion and will not disclose it to any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the prize where applicable, or if you separately opt to join a mailing list.
- The winners will be those whose answer questions 1 - 2 correctly and whose answers to question 3 are numerically the closest to the total number of correct, valid submissions received in total.
- There are 35 prizes to be won in total across the Eligible Countries. Each prize is one (1) unit of Sony headphones, model MDR-XB650BT.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be deemed to be invalid and may lead to disqualification.
- The winners will be notified by e-mail within 30 days of the competition closing date. Promoter's nomination of winners will be final.
- If no response to the notification is received from the winner within 72 hours, Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
- The prize will be delivered to each winner within 6 weeks of the date of response from the winner.
- Any taxes payable in relation to the prize will be for the winner to bear.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No cash or credit alternative is available.
- Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute, similar prize of approximately equivalent or greater value.
- By entering the Promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
