Hi everyone!
Honestly, I've had issues with my PRS-350 from the moment I got it. Finally got my head around how to load books onto it on a PC, then I went and got a MacBook. So I downloaded the Reader for Mac software and Adobe whatever software and plugged my eReader in. My mac knows it's there and it has the charging battery sign on it. However, open up my Reader software and it says that the eReader is "disconnected" and the only option is a button linking to Sony support, which gives me no help at all! It's taken me the best part of an hour to figure out how to message you guys!
I've got a load of books waiting to be uploaded to my eReader, but I can't do anything with them...I've tried dragging and dropping onto the eReader icon on my desktop and even opening up the "book" folder inside there. No luck.
This may be the final straw for my PRS-350 before I go off and buy something user friendly! Please help as I've wasted an entire day faffing around with this! haha....arghhhhh!!
