55 XF7003 Repairing Center Is this acceptable for a company like Sony?

So since yesterday, my XF7003 has been rebooting randomly, and I contacted a service center that I've got from the Sony Service Website.
Is this even acceptable as a Repair Centre reply? The TV is in Warranty, manufacture date is from 06/2018. It was given to me on August. In the Sony website says it is under warranty until 02/08/2019.

Hi,
the TV was an offer I had, so I don't have the receipt, but when I put the SN and model on Sony Warranty website, it gives me the warranty date to 02/08/19. 
Also the Tv was manufactured on 06/18 so less than 6 months ago.

if the tv is under warranty and you have your proof of purchase providing the tv has not been damaged  the repair should be covered by warranty
