According to Google Translate, you seem to be having an issue with HBO GO on your TV.
I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think this app comes preinstalled on the TV, and since it's not Android you can't download anything to it.
So this might be an external device, but wouldn't hurt to check that you have the latest software version installed on your TV.
