Can't go online ps3

Hi mozzzy__1981 here I am having problems getting online with my ps3 I contacted rockstar and they say I'm not banned but need to contact Sony  support as the problem is your end any help would be great many thanks mozzzy__1981

Hello mozzzy__1981 here again I have looked on that forum and unable to send a request. After a modder attached himself to me then kicked me from the session. About 40 minutes later I shut down my ps3. A couple of days later I'm unable to get back online I have spoke to rockstar and they say I'm not banned but the issue is on Sony's side so please can I have some help getting this issue sorted many thanks in advance mozzzy__1981
