Forgive my rather pessimistic attitude off the bat. I will try not to show my fustrations right away.
Ive just had a life time of problems with issues like this- i can already see me having a battle.
I hope Im wrong.
I new that claiming cashback was never going to be easy or quick.
So straight off the bat:

Before doing all of this, i had terrible problems resolving an account so I called the number
02073652810. Whilst on the phone, I tried to sort the cashback and just as I guessed before i called - i have to claim cashback online.
I was told a photo of the base of the camera showing the model number and a receipt will do.
I was told I have until the November to resolve.
Anyone any ideas?
