Cashback

Sorry everything on this forum suddenly slips into dutch/German/or something and I cannot understand.

I have just bought an A7 mk2 body with Zeiss lens kit and am ready to claim cashback of over £300 but can only find a link for 'upto £200' - what can I do? How can one selecyt board when everything suddenly goes into german?

As the company that has arguably worked the hardest these past few years to put full frame mirrorless cameras on the map, Sony’s latest winter cashback for the UK, which runs up until January 31st 2019, features the Alpha 7 in both body only and kit form, plus the Mark II version, along with three of its APS-C sensor mirrorless models and its premium RX compact series.

So, whether you’re looking to get into mirrorless photography with your first camera to adopt said format, are at the pro or enthusiast photographer level, or want a high end pocket compact for that city break, Sony’s latest money saving scheme – offering up to a generous £380 in cashback dependent on the model selected – has you covered.

Hello @cgwilko,

make sure you enter the community via: https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/english-community/ct-p/en

If you have problems with claiming your cashback you can find the right number to call on this site: https://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/contact/email?cam=Cashback-DIME-winter-2018-UK-IE

Thanks for the link - my 30 days is up tomorrow. So I will start by phonong to get the cobfusing online claiming system explained.

I really wanted a link to claimingfor over £200 rather than up to £200. From the forum, I can see that people have huge problems for getting the money back. I have the Jessops invoice which appears to be a crucial element. Is it best to just phone Sony on the number you have given? The online form does not seem tocover the a7 mk 2 with zeiss 24/70mm lens.
