Hi there,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

I'm looking into this and will update the thread when I have an answer for you.

Best wishes,

Hi Peakyb10,

The TV you mentioned was released in 2007, that's 13 years ago. Have you tried connecting the Xbox to it? there's a big chance the signal coming from the Xbox one S is incompatible with the TV (you will know this as there won't be anything displayed on the TV).

If that's the case, a new TV would be the way to go (perhaps 4K as the Xbox one S supports it).

Stay safe!

How long will the Covid-19 quarantine last? I have a similar issue right now - I'm bored, my folks too, and my younger brother too. The teachers conduct lessons online, but it's not enough. The main problem is - I don't know what to do with myself, because I've lost my job. Xbox doesn't working with the TV I have, and the other TV is occupied by my folks. The PC is all mine and without it I can't even message with my friends, because I have an old cell phone. Sometimes I gamble, tbh. It gives me some kind of relief or something. One of my friends has sent me an article on professionalrakeback.com about gambling and I decided to try it. But if something doesn't change it will be a complete disaster. And so, I'm waiting for an answer about the same problem right now.

Try following the reset steps on the Xbox site, regarding video settings.

If you are getting no picture on the tv when switching on the Xbox One S.

Also make sure you are selecting the hdmi channel on the tv, when switching the Xbox on.
