How to register to watch Channel 4 for Catch Up TV

Hi Help someone recently bought a Sony Bravia TV KD- 65XF75

I want to watch catch up TV on Channel 4 please can someone give me simple instructions how to register, I keep inputting my email & password but it keeps saying not registered how do I register please? we don't subscribe to any companies, bought this tv so we could watch catch up TV
