Info banner keeps popping up continually

I have just bought a Bravia 49XG9005.

the info banner continually pops up

i have followed the suggested solution but I can’t find channel set up on settings.

Every time I use my Windows 10 PC on this Sony TV the TV's Info Banner keeps popping up every 2 minutes.

It makes the viewing experience extremely frustrating. The recent firmware maybe to blame. Also there is no option in the settings to turn the info banner off on this TV.

PLEASE FIX

Also, only 2 out of 4 HDMI ports on this TV support Full colour range. So half of the HDMI ports on this TV only support Limited Colour range. This is not expectable and simply quite pathetic on a Sony TV that I bought at launch for around £1,300. You don’t expect this corner cutting cheapness on a set that costs over a grand.
