I recently updated my email address on my account. Now when I try to log in with that email I get the following error (see picture)
I have had my password accepted and entered my 2 step verification and every time I am returned to this screen. Its been 6 months now, and I have a fault with my very expensive tv. Can anyone tell me how I can sort this out please?
@ricgilla2 it happens to everyone, its a general problem. Try clearing your cookies and cache for the browser and try again.

thanks for the reply. I've tried on different browsers, clearing cache etc. Not been able to log in for 6 months. Need to know who I can contact at Sony to get the problem checked.
