Multiplayer issues

I cant play battlefield 3 multiplayer !

bought the game on playstation store 

When i log in to Sony or playstation app or PSN 

it says i havent bought it whats the problem? 
i have the game on my ps, bit cant get inte the feed and join ??? Please help
