I have just bought the NWZ-W273S earphones, but after plugging them into the dock and inserting teh USD cable into my Mac (running on OS X Yosemite) the device is not being recognised. I installed the Content Transfersoftware and when this runs it still does not show the device as connected.
When I first plug in the USD the red light on the cradle lights up for a few seconds but that is it.
Any advice?
