Hi folks,

 

Why, please, does it take me multiple attempts to successfully log-in to this forum each time?  I have to wade through endless tasks of selecting 'car', 'house' and 'street sign' images every time!  It is highly frustatating and very time consuming.

 

Many thanks for any kind assistance offered here.

Hi monsterjazzlicks,

 

I think you're talking about the CAPTCHA you get when you try to log in. Before making sure you're getting all the correct answers, I'd recommend clearing the cached data of the browser you're using, also, you can try to use a different browser.

I think then it's not an issue with the CAPTCHA that can be rectified, it could be just its security were it needs to get all the correct answers otherwise it will keep popping up with more patterns to solve.

Well as I say, it can take me 10 mins to log in each time!  It's really quite dreadul.

 

I don't know if anyone else experiences it?

Yes its taken me a while to login on occasion but I think its

because I must get the odd answer wrong.

 

Maybe I need to go to Spec-erm- a major brand of spectacle manufacturers. :grin:

Hi Jumpsuit,

 

I guess Sony must think that I am a SPAMMER.  This is not very well received considering I have spent over 300GBP on two of their products this month, and the only reason I have had to join this forum is because there are issues with each of them!

I've just wasted an hour with multiple rejections, eventually I went in via anotther method, but got a message that the email, etc., was asociated with other Sony accounts - did I want to link them. I agreed, and have no problems getting past the  Captcha.

I think the error message is misleading - nothing to do with Captcha?

The CAPTCHA was a nightmare.  I have had to click on about 20 different images each time! 

 

It's a lousy system; which kinda matches Sony's Customer Services!
