Hi All,
I have logged into my account after not using it for a while and went to my product support page to find that all my products that has been registered are missing and the account suggesting nothing has been registered, so whilst trying to re register my TV and 5yr warrenty, there is no where to register the warranty, but the system is asking me to purchase a warranty instead - any ideas what I can do to resolve this issue?

and is frigtenning how much of a hastle i have to go throe solving it out. 😞 1 day, 2 days, 3 days,,,

I contacted the product technical support messaging system and its todo with the fact that they've merged our accounts into one, without clearly telling us what we needed to do if you've used the same email address to login to these multiple accounts but with different passwords obviously means you don't know which password to use. I tried logging in again and it worked after two dozen attempts with the sodding I AM NOT A ROBOT crap.
Here is what they sent me today
With reference to your enquiry regarding accessing your MySony account, please note that we have merged all Sony accounts into one MySony account, so if you have had any previous accounts for (PlayStation, Sony mobile(Xperia), etc), please access these accounts and make sure you respond to any call out for activating or linking your Sony accounts, you should then be able to access your MySony account normally.
If the above is not the case, please try accessing MySony through an updated version of a different internet browser, a different computer and a different internet network if possible.
If this does not resolve the issue, we will need the below information in order to investigate the case further:
- Email address through which you have created your MySony account:
- Model name:
- Date of purchase:
Shambolic! I'm having the same issue, didn't get any correspondence from Sony about this merger. The kit we buy is very expensive and having it suddenly disappear from our accounts is unacceptable.
