Signing in to Imaging Edge Desktop

Every time I try to sign in I am asked to select pictures of fire hydrants then cars then traffic lights then pedestrian crossings and then mountains. When I have completed the tasks I am then timed out.

Welcome to the Sony Community.

This has happened me quite a few times also. I would usually try to login using a different browser which does help. 

If you're still having issues I would suggest clearing your cookies and cache to allow your browser to function more efficiently.
