Sony returns

I've returned my controller to Sony under warranty. I can see it was delivered on the 2nd with royal mail tracking but when I try to track the return on the Sony website to see the progress I get this error. It's the same when I click the link in email which puts returns reference number automatically or if I do it manually I get this same message:
 
"sorry, we don't recognise this Returns Reference.

Please check your confirmation email and try again."

 

Any ideas what to do?
