Sony Summer Cashback

I also bought a camera qualifying  for the Summer Cashback Scheme. I have now spent some considerable time trying all the suggested ways trying to get registered on the scheme without success. So far have received several different messages from Cannot be found to "Oops, something went wrong" please try later. Totally frustrated- not what I would have expected from a supposedly reputable company. Help!!!!

The summer campaign has ended ! If you've not submitted your claim before the 1st of November, you won't be able to.

Can you give us some more information as to during which stages of the cashback claim

you get these errors?

 

Also have you tried using a differtent browser such as Chrome?

(If you haven't already.)
