I purchased a HX90V in August from a Sony authorised dealer participating in the cashback scheme.
i submitted my claim on 4th October (having waited at least 30 days since purchase) and received email confirmation and a claim reference number.
Since then I’ve heard nothing. I clicked on the link in the confirmation email to check my claim status but inevitably the page is down and I have no other way to contact Sony to chase this up.
Can anyone provide me with an email address for Sony so I can chase this up? I would have though 28 days would be enough time to validate and pay the cashback. Has anyone else experienced delays despite sending all the correct information?
