I have at tv , model KD-49XE7093, ive had it about 9 months and i'm trying to regiter it but im having trouble. it will take the model number but wont let me add anything else, has anyone else had this problem?

I've had the same experience. I've found out that this model number isn't available to be registered on MySony as it's an Amazon exclusive model.
