I just had my message unfairly moderated and deleted. All it contained was comments on the 1920 x 1080 resolution of my "apparently" 3840 x 2160 TV.
Apparently Sony and their employees can't stand negative critisism of their products and just delete those comments without explanation.
Well I'll be sending a letter to your head office, because your customer service here clearly stinks.
On top of that, I'll be sending this brand new XF80 back because I don't like being sold a UHD TV thats actually 1920 x 1080 garbage.
I just threw one of those away two months ago. Maybe Sony dragged it out of the garbage a resold it to me.
PS. Phffft....
