Despite being less than a year old & treated very carefully, my headphones now won't charge despite trying the manufacturer cable plus 3 other cables. Still under manufacturer warranty but trying to book a repair feels like going round in circles on the website to various self help videos and manuals. #frustrated. Any suggestions?
