Wifi not registering network.

Hi. My phone is connected to the WiFi network but when I tried to connect to remote play for the ps4 it said it couldn't connect to the network. 

I ran a diagnostic tool and it said that the WiFi network was connected. 

The weird part is that I am connected to the WiFi and using it quite fine and so is everyone in my household. 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks, did try that first. Was able to connect with an iPhone without any problems. Seems to be naff phone.
