YouTube issue

A wheelchair bound friend of mine has a Sony KDL-32W654A LCD TV, and he loves his music and in particular watching it on YouTube. However, over the last few months, the TV has been kicking him out of YouTube with the message 'Too much memory is required to display this page' and 'Page is too large to be displayed ' and YouTube has to be restarted, only for it to happen again about ten minutes later.

Is there anyway to avoid this? Is it lack of memory, if so can it be increased ? Is a YouTube issue? Is a new TV required?

Any assistance would be appreciated

Many thanks

Hey jessie65, is he using it on the browser? If yes, check this link:

Also, this is a senior model, so soon all services won't work. He can try using a firestick, no need for a new TV.
