Headset wh-1000xm3 disconnecting and unable to connect

I have a Sony headset wh-1000xm3 that I connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth.

Albeit is it connected easily to the phone, sometimes it makes a sound and it disconnects for few second and it reconnects automatically.

additonally when I push the bottom nc ambient, it says that it is unable to connect to the network.

can somebody help me ?

I did not have these problems at the beginning

Hi,

 

Please make sure that the latest firmware is installed on your headphones. Please use the headphones connect software to update the software.

Have you tried a factory reset of the headphones? Maybe also try them with other phones to see if the same happens

Does this also happen on "priority on stable connection" sound mode?

Unfortunately still the issue with stable connection... it’s so annoying!
