Hi res audio recorder and PS-HX500

I'm trying to use the hi res audio recorder with my PS-HX500 turntable on a Windows 11 laptop. I can see that the turntable is connected to the laptop. The turntable and recorder software seem to be the latest versions and the software opens up OK when the turntable is connected. However, when I try and record something, I get the message "No device found".

Has anyone got any suggestions?
