Hi,
I know that Sony won't restart production of MiniDisc devices, but why do they only sell media in Japan? There are us all over the world who use MiniDisc and new music is created, therefore we need a medium - which we can't buy anywhere, except through Japanese websites, but the customs and taxes are killer.

I know that I can look on Amazon, eBay and similar web-sites, but if Sony still produces discs, why we are not able to buy discs in Sony stores???

Obviously everything will depend on the markets and requests.

Judging by the supply and demand - the prices achieved by new and used discs, the demand is there.
