SAWMT500 subwoofer has stopped connecting to the HTMT500 soundbar

Hi, my subwoofer has stopped connecting to the sound bar. The subwoofer now has a red light showing. 

I've already tried relinking it, turning it off, but it won't reconnect. The sound bar is working fine though - thank you for your help in advance!

Hey Sarah, did you try resetting before relinking? If yes, I'm sorry to tell you that it will need repair.
