I need an integrated circuit for SONY MHC RG 470?

Hi there

Parts such as circuit boards are generally not available to the 'public'  Only authorised Sony repair centers can obtain these parts from Sony.  I can only suggest you 'Googling' the exact circuit board number and see if it comes up with any matches.  Ebay can be handy too for many things.

Alternatively, contacting a Sony repair centre :

However it might be more economical to replace instead of repairing.
