BBC iPlayer

BBC iPlayer on my Sony Blu-ray has stopped working. There is no play option and the menu's seem to be scrambled. I have tried to net update the player but get the mesage that it is already up to date.

Has anyone else had this?

Yes. For the last 2 weeks. Looking at the other tech forums this is not a new problem but there is no fix as far as I can find. Our model is the BDV-E280.

Thanks Rachel, I did get that idea from previous posts. I fully intend to take my player back to where I bought it and ask them to either fix it or replace it with something that does work.
