I downloaded the required firmware upgrade onto a CD-RW disc. When I put the disc in the player it started the process but appears to have frozen at Update 0-9. I can't eject the CD. Ive tried turning off at the mains for a few minutes. Holding Volume - & Eject buttons for several seconds as per the troubleshooting tips in the manual. None of these work.
Has anyone resolved a similar problem?
