BDV E370 Bluray home theatre system

When turning my TV on, normally the speaker system turns on and automatically selects 'TV' mode. However recently, when turning my TV on, the speaker systems automatically goes to 'HOME'. If I then use the function button on the remote to select 'TV', it changes back to 'HOME'. After several attempts at this, it eventually changes to 'TV'. Could you please advise me on what could be causing this and how to solve it.

Hi there

Have a look at the cables to where it connects to the TV, ensure that they are securely connected.  Try replacing that cable as well.  Ensure that you have Control for HDMI (Bravia Sync) set to on for the bluray and tv.

Hi, 

I've checked that both the tv and bluray have HDMI Control switched on, and also tried a different HDMI cable. Still getting the same problem 😞
