bdv-e670w wireless network connection issues

I've just installed a bdv-e670w blu ray home cinema system and am using the sony dongle to connect to my wireless home network. I have gone through the set up and it has connected to my network ok however internet access has failed.

The set up diagnosis has said to check all devices are powered on, they are, and that the router dhcp server is enabled, it is.

Anyone know what the problem is and can talk me through how to solve it?

Thnks very much.

Hi All, this normally happens when the product has not been given the correct information by the router, please compare the following on another product on your network, ie a PC or laptop

IP Address should be the same for the first 9 numnbers, ie 192.168.0.100

Mac Address should be the same, ie  255.255.255.0

Gateway should be the same, ie 192.168.0.1

If they do not match reset the Router and factory reset the product it should resolve the issue

You are not alone.  I'm having a similar problem completing the network connection to my Sony Bravia using a dongle.  It's all new and was only delivered and set up today.  My wireless router is in the same room but, having followed all the instructions and entered the codes, I just get a message saying "WPS router not found".  Hope someone out there can help us.

Thanks
