I did an upgrade yesterday afternoon to the latest firmware version. It looked to go without an issue, but since then, every time I go into Netflix, it crashes; I just go straight to a blank screen and then can't do anything unless I reboot the box. iPlayer is also a bit buggy, being temperamental about playing content or not. I can eventually get it to work though, unlike Netflix.
I've tried power cycling the box, resetting the "system settings" to default. The network upgrade tells me I'm running the latest version, so I can't re-install it over the net
Before the upgrade everything worked 100%. Is there a full factory reset option ?

Yes, factory reset seems likely to be the best option. See Page 44 of the Manual : HERE
