Blue Ray/DVD player

Hi, I have a blue ray/dvd player HBD-E2100. And just recently when I switch it on, it takes a long time to go to the home screen, it gets there eventually, the light at the front flashes slowly.

HBD-E2100 is a remote.

Did you mean BDV-E2100?
