I have been waiting for a Subwoofer SA SW3 which is being supplied by your self via Sevenoaks who are telling me that Sony are having problems with their IT systems so can not for fill any orders in the UK. Can you please help me

I'm afraid that this is a customer tries to help other customers community and not Sony Customer Support.
