Disappearing sub-titles

RDR-HXD560.

Despite setting to 16:9, the bottom of the picture disappears on both straight to screen and from the HD taking the second line of sub-titles with it.

Anyone help please?

It seems not a problem on the recorder, probably you have set the zoom on the tv set: be aware that in most tv you may have a different setup for each input, so maybe it is switched on only for the AV/HDMI you connect your recorder.

You might want to try another file for this. I haven't seen this issue before.
