Firmware option not available in ES Utility

I have an STR-DA5500ES receiver with firmware version 1.024. Version 1.031 is available for download from Sony's web site, but the Firmware Update option in ES Utility is grayed out and not accessible. Is this option blocked by the receiver or ES utility? That leaves me with the option of selecting Internet Update on the receiver itself, but this option tells me the newest version available is 1.024. Any input would be helpful.

Hi.

Yes, I did follow the instructions. I also notice that in the ES Utility help file, the Firmware Update in the System section is grayed out like mine. At what point does the Firmware Update option switch from grayed out to active?
