Hard Disk Drive

My Hard Disk Drive isn't showing all the channels it should. I have tried retuning it but they still don't show. They show on my TV so it can't be the signal.

Hi Kags15,

first of all it's not clear which record you have. In case it's an RDR-HXD model check that you have the latest firmware (1.70 for the HXDx7x series or 1.24 for HXDx9x ones or 1.05 for DCxxx), than try to reset it by pushing poweroff/stop button on the deck and redo the easy setup procedure.

Thanks for that. I've got a HDT 500 but I turned it off on the player and then did a rescan and it worked. I've got another problem which I will put on the forum so would be grateful if you look at that as well.
