We have a Freeview recorder and unfortunately the hard drive has failed. I had a 160Gb drive spare but after fitting it and doing a factory reset via a service remote control I get the error 02 message.
I was thinking this may be because the origonal drive was 250Gb. Does anyone know if this is the case. I didnt want to pay out for a new 250Gb drive if the problem is something else.
