Hi, It is a piece of aged equipment but still working quite good. But I have been struggling with the BlueTooth connection for a long time when soft sounds are played the device mutes, eg, silent moments in films or a quiet beginning of a song.
Another issue I have is resetting the soundbar. According to the manual, the sequence on the remote control:
SW Vol+ and Vol - and NIGHT does nothing or it did once or twice.
Are any updates to the firmware possible or this kind of device is just a one-off release without any support provided?
