Last week I suffered like most people from a loss of digital channels (Sony HXD995). This was fixed next day following an update from Sony.
However since then I find that when I play NTSC movie disks the picture is severely reduced in size and has black borders all four sides. I presume this is a result of last weeks problems or just possibly a coincidence.
I have tried all possible settings changes on recorder and TV. No luck. There is no problem with normal PAL disks or hard disk. Incidentally my TV has no problem with NTSC disks.
Any advice would be appreciated.
