Hi there Experts community.
I know - this might sound to you quite silly, but I am about to return my brand new BDP-S480 Blue ray player to John Lewis!
Basically, it's impossible to have any input (through the HDMI cable I just bought) into the TV (an old Bravia HD ready from 2006( therefore I cannot set up the Blu Ray player.
I have down-scaled the Player manually (keeping the "STOP" button pushed for 10 seconds up to 576p, I can visualise the BlueRay logo and....that's it.....screen dies, it's impossible to continue?
Any views on how to make it work?
