I used to be able to connect my iPhone 4 to the BDV-E380 and hence the tv (Bravia KDL-40EX724) via a supplied iPhone Dock (TDM iP30?) and watch video / tv programmes / etc. I updated my iPhone software to iOS5 and the video no longer works. I can see all the folders etc and can hear the audio, but no video. Any ideas?
My own guess is that Apple have changed something since I can watch the video perfectly well when I plug in an Apple composite cable into the rear of the tv, or plug in an Apple RGB/ Audio cable.
My suspicion is that Apple don't want people using an iPhone dock, but want people to buy and use an Apple TV unit that costs £100!
