iphone4 not recognised by BDV-E280

Hi

i have just bought the BDV-E280 unfortunately it is not being recognised by the dock, so it is not charging nor accessible.

i have updated the firmware without any luck.

i have tried an ipod and it recognises that.

Any suggestions to sorting this issue?

Hi what software version are you running on your iPhone 4, it should work, do you have access to another iPhone to check the dock?
