In the instructions for the 1.70 firmware it says "Burn the update file onto a new blank CD-R disc or completely erased CD-RW disc using disc-at-once mode and ISO 9660 CD-ROM file system format" these options are not available with Windows 7. What am I to do?????

If you download IMG burn ( free software) this will  allow you to burn it as a file image..
